I have the best friends, I mean the smartest, coolest friends. I love that I can say this and it is true. Random, I know, but sometimes that feeling just hits you and it makes you smile and you feel the need to share. One of my smart, resilient, creative, hard-working friends shared this recipe with me. I love this tea because it has such great subtle flavor and is a nice change from drinking water and seltzer water all day. It isn’t easy being healthy, water can get boring sometimes, I’ll be honest. It is nice to find new and interesting ways to keep things on track and not resort to drinking crappy diet sodas, which probably are slowly poisoning our population all the while convincing us through clever marketing that we will lose weight. Stepping down from my soap box. Okay here is the super simple recipe…
