Welcome to the December 21, 2013 (first!) edition of whole foods tips, tricks and recipes blog carnival. What is a blog carnival? Well it is a collection of online blog postings on a specific topic. This blog carnival includes whole food, simple recipes, tips and tricks for busy people who want to eat healthy but don’t have a lot of time, ways to make eating whole foods more manageable, and time-saving ways to incorporate whole foods into your life. I’m hoping to do these each month, and if you would like to contribute, see the link at the bottom of the post.
Check out the posts below, Janice Goveas presents a simple avocado puree recipe for babies; and Lindsay Ropella tries her hand at a Pinterest recipe for Crockpot Chicken Taco Chili, with great results. I hope you enjoy these two new bloggers!
Yellow Giraffe presents Baby’s First Food : Avocado Puree posted at Yellow Giraffe, saying, “The first time a baby eats solids is a milestone for both the mother and the baby. Here is a simple, healthy and a nutritious recipe for your little one.”
tips & tricks
Lindsay Ropella presents Pinterest Recipe Realities: Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili posted at The Newlywed Notebook, saying, “This is a review of a popular Pinterest recipe. In this post I discuss how quick/easy this recipe was, what substitutions I had to make, and what my overall opinions of this recipe were. This recipe does not contain any gluten, and could be dairy-free if the cheese was left out. Check out this very quick and easy crock pot recipe!”
That concludes this edition. Submit your blog article to the next edition of whole foods tips, tricks and recipes using our carnival submission form. Past posts and future hosts can be found on our blog carnival index page.
